Specifically, we are investigating whether the President of the United States and/or his family members have solicited investments at the behest of Circle’s crypto competitors from foreign and domestic governments, giving those competitors an unfair advantage. Our initial investigation suggests that the President has secured financial gain from such contributions, which may have come at the expense of competitors like Circle and its shareholders, like you.
