Nicole Cabañez

Nicole is an associate attorney at Salahi PC, where she represents consumers and workers challenging exploitative corporate practices. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an enforcement attorney at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where she investigated regulated entities for suspected violations of consumer financial laws, and brought enforcement actions against corporate wrongdoers. She began her career as a Skadden Fellow at the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC), where she focused her work at the intersection between immigrant justice issues and consumer finance. Nicole graduated from Yale Law School and the University of Pennsylvania.

Nicole is admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania. She is not yet admitted to the California Bar and is practicing under the supervision of a licensed California attorney pending admission.
